Go Wild!

Tired of groomed downhill runs, lineups, and traffic-congested snow trails? Looking for some elbow room?

We have it.

With more than 800-square kilometres of untamed snow and scenery, NewFound Adventures will help you go wild.

The mountainous geography, cool winds from Labrador and the moist westward flow of air from the Gulf of St. Lawrence gives the Bay of Islands and Lewis Hills some of the highest snowfalls east of the Rockies. 20- foot snow drifts are not uncommon. The area regularly has consistent snowfall until early spring - so you can ski and snowmobile until April!

NewFound Outfitting can take you on a trip through this idyllic winter wonderland.

Snowmobiling on Blow Me Down Mountain.

Backcountry skiing at it's best!

Forge a trail through untouched landscapes.

You will find yourself 2,000 feet above sea level before you know it. The snowfall is fantastic, and the air crisp and cold. The terrain is barren - the mountains tall and beautiful. Excellent for cross-country skiing or snowmobiling.

NewFound Outfitting excels in its skiing and snowmobiling packages. From one-day telemarked ski and snowmobile treks to 4- day skiing and snowmobiling excursions, we have the right package to suit your budget and time schedule.
